What time would be ideal to arrive?

TJC's International Day starts at 8:00 a.m. (formally 9:00) and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. You are welcome to stay as long as you desire. From 9:30 till 11:30 a.m. is a peak time as many schools want to bring their students in timely manner to be able to return them to school and home per school schedule. Depending on your time frame, you may chose the appropriate time slot.

Is this an informal event where students go where they wish, or is a fixed format?

The event is very informal. Students have choice to visit exhibits leisurely and see the entertainment. Please instruct your students to meet you back at certain specific time and specific location.

Is food for lunch available for students or should be bring a sack lunch?

While we will serve sample food at certain times close to lunch, there may not be enough food for over 3000 visitors. I will suggest either consider bringing sack lunch or purchase food from the cafeteria.
