Tyler Junior College's Travel Study Projects in Turkey |
|
| Dear Friends, Students and Alumni:
I have taken hundreds of people from all over the U.S. to
Turkey in the past ten years. This spring and/or May break you have the unique opportunity to
share wonderful educational and spiritual experiences with me in the most exotic county in
Euro-Asia. Whatever your interests, you'll find this land a place of wonders unseen
elsewhere. A tour of Turkey will be the trip of a lifetime.
Turkey is archaeologically stunning, budget friendly and safe for
Western tourists. This multifaceted tour will appeal to people of all interests. Turkey's friendly people, superb Biblical and archaeological sites, glittering museums, superlative culture, unique arts and architecture, dazzling handicrafts, culinary treasures and outstanding shopping will delight even the most demanding traveler. You will visit a culture that bridges Europe and Asia; unites the East and the West politically and socially. A heritage that has cradled and embraced multitude of civilizations; influenced key religions and philosophies only to produce their own unique blend of lifestyle with love, peace, and hospitality. A cuisine so rich that it features thousands of unique dishes with 200 recipes for eggplant alone. I am honored to be personally organizing and directing these tours. I will escort the tours from the beginning (point of departure) until the end (point of arrival). I will look after all the details, answer your questions and, in general, help make your trip more enjoyable. Perhaps you may wish to visit our Photo Gallery to get an idea of some of our activities and the people who traveled with us. We hope that you will browse our entire website. Let us know how you like it and how we can make it better. You may attend my free lectures/seminars sessions at Tyler Junior College to learn more about Turkey. For details click here.
